Love one another but make not a bond of love: let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls. Kahil Gibran

"We hold in our arms the rising generation. They come to this earth with important responsibilities and great spiritual capacities. We cannot be casual in how we prepare them. Our challenge as parents and teachers is not to create a spiritual core in their souls but rather to fan the flame of their spiritual core already aglow with the fire of their premortal faith." 30 weeks and counting!

Our little chunky monkey with those loveable cheeks! Here he is at 29 weeks and 4 days.
Thanking my Heavenly Father that I feel so good this far in my pregnancy!
High lights this week: We started our hypnobirthing class. I really like the relaxation CD and techniques they are teaching us. I am excited for the challenge ahead.
So excited to be 30 weeks along. Seems like yesterday we found out we were going to have a baby. Now we're so close to having him in our arms.

  1. Emma my dear, you look beautiful. I can't wait to see the pictures of your little man in your arms. :-D

I'm glad you're like the hypnobirthing class. I loved birthing naturally and wish that I could take that class too. Yay for Team McNeal!!

To the outside world, we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other's hearts. We share private family jokes. We remember family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys. We live outside the touch of time.

Families are Forever

"When you come to the temple you will love your family with a deeper love than you have ever felt before. The temple is about families... And it doesn't stop there. It extends to parents, brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, forebears, and especially our grandchildren! This is the Spirit of Elijah, which is the spirit of family history work; and when inspired by the Holy Ghost, it prompts the turning of the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to the fathers. Because of the priesthood, husbands and wives are sealed together, children are sealed to their parents for eternity so the family is eternal and will not be separated at death." Elder Richard H. Winkel of The Seventy Ensign November 2006
